Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and motivated UX/UI Designer (Entry-Level) to join our team. You will work closely with Product and Engineering to design intuitive user experiences and high-quality interfaces for our web products.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has strong design fundamentals, is eager to learn, and enjoys taking ownership of their work. While we don't expect you to be an expert in every area, we do expect curiosity, initiative, and the ability to grow quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Design new features from concept to final implementation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to translate requirements into effective user experiences.
• Build, maintain, and evolve design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Prepare developer-ready handoffs.
• Analyze user journeys and identify usability issues, friction points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to product discovery by helping define and validate user flows and experiences.
• Manage your own design tasks, priorities, and timelines effectively.
• Occasionally support Marketing and Sales teams with visual assets such as presentations, one-pagers, landing page visuals, and other branded materials.

Required Qualifications

‍

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and processes.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma).
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional ability to articulate design ideas and solutions clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

UX/UI Design

• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Solid understanding of Auto Layout, Components, Variables, and design best practices.
• Ability to create and maintain scalable design systems.
• Experience designing responsive web applications (not only mobile apps).
• Ability to take a feature from initial requirements to final design.
• Experience preparing designs for developer handoff.

UX & Product Thinking

• Understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
• Ability to map end-to-end user journeys and workflows.
• Ability to identify friction points and usability issues within existing experiences.
• Comfortable collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to solve complex problems.

Attitude & Soft Skills

• Fast learner with a strong desire to grow and develop new skills.
• Curious, resourceful, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
• Self-starter who takes ownership of their work and follows through on commitments.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of Webflow and ability to make updates to existing websites.
• Experience creating marketing or sales collateral, including presentations, one-pagers, and branded visual assets.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web development constraints.
• Experience working in SaaS or technology products.
