Responsibilities
- Analyze user flows, identifying and resolving high-friction areas.
- Use data to drive product decisions and develop new features.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive user experiences.
- Maintain consistency in UI elements and adhere to design guidelines.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and processes.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma).
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional ability to articulate design ideas and solutions clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
