CAMB.AI is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our business development and sales efforts across the EMEA region. This is a high-impact, quota-driven role focused on transforming the future of content distribution across Sports, Entertainment, and Education. The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales leader with a strong network in media, sports tech, or streaming, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales Leadership

  • Actively drive new business opportunities across the EMEA region through direct sales and channel partners.

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline, with direct responsibility for achieving revenue targets and growing the order book.

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in Sports, Entertainment, and Education verticals.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging your network to accelerate growth.

Strategic Leadership & Market Development

  • Create and execute a strategic plan for EMEA sales, aligned with company objectives.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.

  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to tailor offerings for regional clients.

Quota & Performance Management

  • Own P&L responsibility for EMEA sales performance.

  • Drive a high-performance sales culture across the team, ensuring consistent achievement of targets.

  • Track and report on key sales metrics and pipeline health.

Customer Engagement & Thought Leadership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior-level clients, presenting solutions that transform content distribution.

  • Represent camb.ai at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10 years of experience in sales/business development within media tech, sports tech, streaming, or content rights.

  • Proven track record of quota-driven sales success in a high-growth or startup environment.

  • Strong relationship network in Sports or Entertainment; both sectors is a strong plus.

  • Hands-on experience in fast-paced, high-growth startups.

  • Demonstrated ability to strategically scale sales operations across multiple regions.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Willingness to travel as required across the EMEA region.
