Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales Leadership
- Actively drive new business opportunities across the EMEA region through direct sales and channel partners.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline, with direct responsibility for achieving revenue targets and growing the order book.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in Sports, Entertainment, and Education verticals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging your network to accelerate growth.
Strategic Leadership & Market Development
- Create and execute a strategic plan for EMEA sales, aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to tailor offerings for regional clients.
Quota & Performance Management
- Own P&L responsibility for EMEA sales performance.
- Drive a high-performance sales culture across the team, ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
- Track and report on key sales metrics and pipeline health.
Customer Engagement & Thought Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior-level clients, presenting solutions that transform content distribution.
- Represent camb.ai at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10 years of experience in sales/business development within media tech, sports tech, streaming, or content rights.
- Proven track record of quota-driven sales success in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Strong relationship network in Sports or Entertainment; both sectors is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience in fast-paced, high-growth startups.
- Demonstrated ability to strategically scale sales operations across multiple regions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as required across the EMEA region.
