Responsibilities
- Lead research in Language Model (LLM) development, focusing on innovations in zero-shot performance and colloquial translation.
- Collaborate with other R&D teams to enhance the efficiency and capabilities of our foundational models.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and LLM.
- Drive efforts for publishing the research in top-tier conferences and journals.
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in NLP, Deep Learning, or a related field.
- Experience with popular NLP toolkits and platforms.
- Strong understanding of current challenges in language models and a passion for innovation.
