Role Overview:

As a Account Relationship Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client engagement efforts in the AI video dubbing domain. Your primary responsibility is to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our business clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our AI dubbing services. You will be a key ambassador for our brand, championing our technology and services in a diverse, multilingual marketplace.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients. Understand their needs and ensure that our services align with their business objectives.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee client projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
  • Multilingual Communication: Utilize your language skills to communicate effectively with clients in various languages, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Feedback Collection and Implementation: Gather client feedback, share insights with the product team, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop strategies that enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the success of client relationships, using metrics to drive decision-making and strategy.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • Multilingual Expertise: Proficiency in any one of these languages Arabic, Spanish, French, Brazilian, Japanese, Chinese is crucial for effective client communication and understanding of regional market nuances.
  • Experience in Client Management: Proven track record in managing B2B relationships, particularly in the SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Capability to address client concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Experience in handling multiple client projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and client feedback to inform strategies and improve services.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Desirable Additional Skills:

  • Experience in the AI technology domain, particularly in video dubbing or related services.
