Project Manager – Pilots and Proof of Concepts (Full-Time)

We are seeking an ambitious growth hacker and linguistic enthusiast to champion our next growth phase. You won’t just manage pilot projects; you will obsess over linguistic excellence and operational velocity, serving as a high-stakes Quality Gatekeeper. Success Criteria

Success in this role is defined by the ability to improve client conversion rates through quality deliverables and cross- functional satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Project Coordination

• Execute POCs and pilot projects, including scoping, resource allocation, delivery, and post-mortem analysis, ensuring timely turnaround times.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication between Sales (discovery), Operation (execution), and Vendor Management (linguistic pool), treating  The POC as a functional preview of a long-term partnership rather than a simple state-of-the-art test.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve technology and tools based on POC results and client feedback. Participate in model training and fine-tuning (language-specific)
• Implement Linguistic QA (LQA) workflows that combine AI with human-in-the-loop (HITL) review.

2. Stakeholder Management

• Conduct daily check-ins and feedback loops to ensure all stakeholders remain aligned on project status.
• Translate client requirements into technical specifications to ensure the final output meets specific customer needs.
• Liaise with translation partners and internal linguistic teams to ensure project alignment

3. Process Optimization

• Identify bottlenecks in the localization pipeline, create bug tickets and document process improvements
• Maintain a repository of project learnings (100% of projects) to prevent recurring issues
• Use and maintain documents for project tracking and quality reporting

Requirements:

• A track record of meeting deadlines and relevant project KPIs
• 3+ years experience in Localization Project Management. Practical experience in multimedia localization (Dubbing, Subtitling, Voiceover) is required.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in AI dubbing, subtitling, and human-integrated workflows
• Fluency in English and at least 2 other languages. A professional understanding of Linguistic QA.
• Experience working with AI localization tools and Translation Management Systems (TMS)
