As we grow, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented POC Coordinator to support our Sales and Operations teams in delivering high-quality Proof of Concept (POC) samples to prospects across various industries.
Role Overview:
As a POC Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the pre-sales process, helping us showcase our capabilities to potential clients through carefully crafted sample projects. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end execution of POCs related to dubbing, audiobooks, and other content solutions — ensuring that they are delivered on time, meet quality expectations, and align with client requirements.
This is a dynamic, collaborative role that bridges our sales, production, and vendor management teams.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Sales team to understand client requirements for POC projects.
- Coordinate with internal production teams and external vendors (translators, audio engineers) to execute POCs.
- Set clear timelines, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of samples.
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure the output aligns with client expectations.
- Maintain an organized database of all POC requests, in-progress samples, and delivered projects.
- Gather client feedback post-POC and communicate insights internally for continuous improvement.
- Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements for faster and smoother POC execution.
- Assist with basic project scoping and documentation for larger enterprise opportunities when required.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, client services, or operations (experience in media, localization, or SaaS industries is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills — ability to manage multiple POCs simultaneously without losing track of details.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
- Tech-savvy: Familiarity with project management tools (like Airtable, Notion, Trello) and basic CRM systems is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Bonus: Experience in audiobook production, dubbing workflows, or localization processes.
