Responsibilities

Role Overview:

As an HR Generalist, you will be at the heart of our HR efforts, responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, employees and contractors from recruitment through to onboarding and ongoing development. You will handle various HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and sourcing to interviews and hiring.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and practices that are in line with company values and local regulations.
  • Handle onboarding for new employees and ensure they have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Address employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR or people operations, ideally in a startup environment.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws, FZ Companies and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting.
  • Experience with HR software and systems is a plus.
