San Francisco, 11 June 2026: CAMB.AI today announced a strategic partnership with Vodafone aiming to power Vodafone’s contact centers with real-time multilingual capabilities, leveraging CAMB.AI’s recently released MARS8 family of voice and translation models. The collaboration aims to significantly improve customer interactions and accelerate complaint resolution by removing language barriers between customers and agents.
The MARS8 family includes several specialized models: MARS8 Flash, designed for real-time conversational use cases; MARS Pro, optimized for high-quality sports and media content; MARS Instruct, which can be directed with fine-grained control similar to a film director guiding a scene; and MARS Nano, lightweight models designed to run directly on consumer device chipsets. Together, these models form a comprehensive AI platform that delivers real-time multilingual voice and text localization at scale. As part of this deployment, Vodafone contact centers will soon enable customers to speak in their preferred language, while agents can respond in their own native language. CAMB.AI’s Chatterbox platform will perform real-time speech-to-speech translation, preserving tone, intent, and conversational nuance to ensure natural and effective communication. This implementation follows an extensive 12-month technology evaluation and pilot phase under the "Real Time Language Translation" that the VOIS team at Vodafone conducted, during which CAMB.AI’s models were tested in real operational environments to validate performance, accuracy, and reliability at enterprise scale.
VOIS is piloting real-time multilingual support in select Vodafone European contact centres to enable seamless customer–agent interactions across languages and unlock growth where language was a barrier.
“This capability is more than an innovative solution - we're making customer service and experience more accessible without language being a constraint,” said Gary Adey, CEO of VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions). “By combining AI with human expertise, we’re removing structural barriers that have limited how customer experience can scale. Following the initial internal testing, VOIS will assess further rollouts as part of a phased expansion strategy.”
Following on from the successful pilot, CAMB.AI has also agreed a partnership with Vodafone’s Tomorrow Street innovation accelerator, and in line with this partnership will establish its European headquarters at Tomorrow Street’s premises in Luxembourg. Tomorrow Street will support CAMB.AI’s expansion across Vodafone and into the wider European market.
“CAMB.AI brings Vodafone a proven, enterprise ready capability that directly enhances customer experience,” said Sara Robles Moreno, CEO of Tomorrow Street. “Its technology unlocks powerful use cases not only for Vodafone, but for any large multinational organisation seeking more inclusive and effective customer and employee interactions.”
“Language should never be a barrier to trust, empathy, or great customer experience,” said Avneesh Prakash, CEO of CAMB.AI “Together with Vodafone, we are proving that real-time multilingual AI can transform global customer operations at enterprise scale. This partnership is a major step toward making seamless communication accessible to every customer, in every language.”
