Product Engineer | Remote | Bay Area | Europe | India

We’re looking for a Product Engineer with strong experience in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and modern JavaScript to help build high-quality product experiences at CAMB.AI. You should have strong frontend fundamentals, good product and UI judgment, and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building polished user-facing products and is comfortable working on interactive applications where responsiveness, performance, and client-side state management matter. You’ll work closely with design and engineering to ship high-quality product experiences at the intersection of frontend, media, and AI.

• Collaborate closely with our team to design, develop, and maintain high-quality user interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Utilize your expertise in JavaScript and Tailwind CSS to create polished and highly responsive web applications.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of UI/UX principles to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly experience.
• Stay up to date with the latest frontend frameworks, tools, and trends, and incorporate relevant innovations into our development process.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building web products with modern frontend tech.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and modern JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web application development.
• Experience building interactive frontend applications beyond standard CRUD workflows.
• Ability to work on performance-sensitive interfaces with complex client-side state.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building complex, interaction-heavy web applications with rich client-side state and strong performance constraints.
• Experience building or contributing to complex video/audio applications such as streaming platforms, editors, or similar products.
• Hands-on experience with Video.js and the Web Audio API.
• Practical experience using HLS, CDN integrations, and browser-based media workflows.
• Familiarity with media streaming pipelines, playback optimization, and real-time audio/video processing.
• Experience designing, debugging, and optimizing end-to-end streaming workflows with a focus on performance and reliability.
